Step 1
Using our contact form on this website or via WhatsApp, you can send us a detailed enquiry about your needs with the required photos. One of our hair specialists will examine your request and form a treatment plan to best meet your desired outcome.
If you have requested a quote for any other procedures such as dental or cosmetic procedures, the appropriate specialist will access your needs for this treatment.
We will inform you of our technician’s recommendations for your request.
Step 2
Following the free consultation, you now get to choose your package options for dates, travel, accommodation, and sightseeing experiences to suit your budget and interests.
Once we have your options finalized we will send you the cost for your individualised package. Don’t worry, we can mix and match options until we find the right package best suited for you.
You will receive an electronic contract with a detailed list of services and options you have chosen, including your insurance policy. This email will also include a link to make your deposit or apply for finance through one of our trusted vendors.
Step 3
Once your deposit has been made, or finance approved, we will lock in all necessary bookings and send you a full itinerary including what to expect, helpful hints, and all necessary information including a get-to-know Istanbul guide.
Get Excited, it’s time! Once you arrive in Instanbul our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you from the airport to your accommodation.
Step 4
On your first day, our staff will collect you from your accommodation to transfer you to the clinic. Here you will perform the final checks with your technician before commencing treatment.
After your treatment, our staff will transfer you to your accommodation. One of our nurses will check in with you to ensure you’ve taken your post-treatment medication and see how you’re doing. We are available on WhatsApp 24/7 if you have any concerns during your time in Istanbul.
Step 5
You will visit the top 5 historical sites in Istanbul with a guided tour of the Hagia Sophia, and dine on delicious Turkish cuisine. Depending on the options you have selected for your trip, you will see the city from a Private Bosphorous Yacht Tour and have the opportunity to explore the city’s best shopping districts.
Step 6
According to your treatment plan and itinerary, our staff will collect you from your accommodation to transfer you to the clinic for your first hair wash. Here you will be given all post-treatment care information including your specialised shampoos, conditioners, and lotions.
It is very important you pay attention to your technicians’ post-care instructions!
On your departure date, our staff will again collect you from your accommodation, this time to transfer you to the airport. When you arrive home we are still available via WhatsApp or email should you have any concerns or inquiries.
Our staff will check in periodically after your departure from Istanbul too ensure everything is going well with your healing and post-care.
